Service Description
- Ceremony Options: Outdoor only (indoor access for amenities/reception) - Includes: White or black linens, choice of round or square tables, chairs, projector, valet, cleaning, security, day-of event coordinator, and facilities attendant - Access: Entire 215-acre property & estate - Indoor Seating Capacity: Not available for full guest seating (outdoor seating required) - Add-on Hours: $650/hour For security and due to the nature of our facility, we take a $1,000 deposit for all events/stays. Once we verify the security deposit and receive all relative details, we will send you a detailed invoice with payment structure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
