Let's Meet! Before you make the trip out to Bison Ranch & Retreats, we'd love to connect with you for a quick virtual meet and greet. This casual video call is your chance to share your vision, ask questions, and get a feel for how we can bring your event to life - all before you set foot on the property. What to Expect: During our 20–30 minute call, we'll walk through your event goals, timeline, and any special requests, and give you a first look at our spaces through photos. It's a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to make sure Bison Ranch is the right fit before you plan your visit. Once we've connected, we'll set up your in-person property tour so you can experience Bison Ranch firsthand.

Online Meetings Policy — Bison Ranch & Retreats To respect our team's time and ensure every client receives dedicated attention, the following applies to all virtual consultations (venue tours, event planning calls, etc.): Scheduling: Online meetings must be booked in advance through our booking link or by contacting our events team directly. Platform: Meetings are held via Zoom (or Google Meet), with a link provided upon confirmation. Cancellation Window: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as a no-show. No-Shows: Missed meetings without notice may require rebooking based on availability, and repeated no-shows may affect priority scheduling for future consultations. Late Arrivals: Please join within 10 minutes of the start time; after that, the meeting may need to be rescheduled.
